The classes under your NovaNET screen for the OGT are mostly for contact purposes (talk to your individual instructor for more information). If you really want to pass your Ohio Graduation Tests, you MUST be prepared. The expert staff at Phoenix encourages you to use the resources listed below and call your instructor if the times don't fit into your schedule.

Ohio Graduation Tests October 26-30, 2009

Any student who has taken any Ohio Graduation Test and failed it is eligible to test in October. Also, any junior or senior students who have never tested may take tests this October.

Junior, and senior standings are determined by the year you started school. Students in their third year of school or higher are eligible for this test session. To see if you are scheduled to take these tests, log on to NovaNET. If your assignment screen says "OGT - (subject area)," you are scheduled to take that test. You may also call Mrs. Schwab at 419.720.4518 to verify your test eligibility. You should also call Mrs. Schwab if you believe you have already passed the tests for which you are scheduled.

Test Schedule

All testing will take place at 9:00 a.m. ONLY at the Jefferson location. Bring a school or photo ID and be here by 8:30 a.m. If you have made arrangements to test at a location other than Jefferson, you will receive a phone call confirming your location. Please pay extra attention to student bulletins on NovaNET, our automated phone system calls, and the breaking news section of this website for the most current information.

Tuesday, October 27 - Math
Wednesday, October 28 - Writing
Thursday, October 29 - Science
