How to Enroll at Phoenix Academy

To enroll as a FULL TIME Phoenix Student:

Full time students enroll at the Jefferson location, only. Once enrolled, you may work from any location, but you must start and finish the enrollment process at Jefferson. Registration hours are:
   • Monday 9 - 11 a.m.
   • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 - 11 a.m. and 1 - 2:30 p.m.

Registration
In order to register, you must bring:
   • a birth certificate
   • 2 current utility bills verifying your address
     (phone, electric, cable, gas)
   • Custody Papers if custody has been established by the courts

When these papers are in order we will schedule an appointment to see a counselor for enrollment.

Enrollment
When you come for enrollment, you must bring the following:
   • letter of withdrawal
   • official transcript
   • test score transcripts (if applicable)
   • immunization record
   • current IEP information (if applicable)

Note: Some schools will not give you this information until you have begun the registration process (above) and received a letter from The Phoenix Academy. You must bring this information in order to enroll with the counselor. This meeting will take 30 minutes to one hour and will include a brief NovaNET training activity.

In order to receive the disks or information that will allow you to work from home, you must work at a site until you complete one week at full attendance (minimum of 4 hours/day, 20 hours/week).

To enroll as a Phoenix Academy OUTREACH Student
for Fast Track or Summer Credit Recovery:

Our Outreach Program lets individuals who are enrolled as full-time students at other schools enjoy the advantages of the Phoenix curriculum.

In order to sign up for summer credit recovery classes, you must bring full payment and know the course name and semester needed to any of the locations at the times listed below.

Fees are: $100 per semester credit for TPS students. $125 per semester course for all other students. No Refunds.

Outreach Students (Fast Track or Credit Recovery) may enroll for courses Monday, June 8 through Thursday, June 11 from 9:00 a.m. until 12 Noon at all four locations. You should verify with your counselor which courses you need (including the semester).
